Every contestant knows that the swimsuit competition can either make or break you at the pageant. Contestants spend hours and hours in the gym, eating plain chicken with veggies and agonizing over every aspect of their competition swimsuit. Join Valerie as she talks with Miss USA® swimsuit sponsor Kandice Pelletier, of Kandice Pelletier Swimwear about what it takes to select the best swimsuit to show of your personal fitness level. Then Valerie will talk with Brian Attebery, of Results Fitness USA about how to structure your workout and nutrition programs in order to get a top swimsuit score at your next pageant. | Brian Atterberry President of Results Fitness & Nutrition Center with B.S. in Health and Sport Sciences from O.U. and is Certified through the National Fitness Professionals Association. Brian is the Official Trainer for 5 States in the Miss USA Pageant and Teen USA System and 3 States in the Miss America Program. He has had over 30 swimsuit preliminary winners at the state level and 4 at Miss America. Brian has a radio Program in Oklahoma City and writes for three organizations including The Pageant Planet.
