Improve Your Relationship With Your Horse

Susan's guest this week is Debbie Loucks, the daughter of Monty Roberts, author of The Man Who Listens to Horses and world renown for changing our perspective on how to communicate with our horses and train without any violence or fear. Debbie runs the Flag Is Up Farms, the learning center Monty Roberts started for horses and humans and teaches the non-violent training method, named Join-Up ®. You'll hear why some of the traditional methods you may have learned about working with your horse can hinder the relationship, how to use gestures that your horse will understand and discover how to increase your horse's trust.
